I flew YYz-YUL-DOH-MAA-DOH-YYZ and availed the service both ways (parents travelled back on the return). It adds absolutely no value. Worse of on the return, the supposed service provider had no clue as to which lounge would allow codeshare passengers (the DOH-YYz was on air canada codeshare) even though I am ONE and ACG. She made us (my parents are 80+) walk up and down three lounges before we ended up at Oryx which is a pathetic lounge. She made us stand in the economy lane while boarding and I had to figure out the business class lane myself.

All in all, I wish I had spent the 300$ elsewhere. I would strongly recommend against using the service unless you have money to throw away.
