I was in the Netherlands the first week of April. I flew US-LIS-AMS I also later flew to Spain and back to AMS. Literally the only place the entire trip I had to show my vax card was checking in for the US to Lisbon flight. I entered AMS twice on trip and nobody asked for Vax or the paperwork the Dutch supposedly wanted. Hardly anybody was wearing masks in Netherlands it was all pretty much back to normal.
