Knowing that the WIKI states:
Instead upgrades must go on waitlist, from where a robot processes upgrades from an unknown set of parameters. A waitlisted upgrade can clear in minutes or never, and there is no way to know.
Does anyone know if the following now means that the system won't check again until the five day mark? If that is the case, then can this really be called a "waitlist"? If for example a seat does open up in inventory, and I'm just in queue not being checked until the five day mark and another customer makes a request then they just get it. Seems a very odd system if in fact that's the case.
