Does anyone know how the Airmiles FlyFlexi Program work when you get the AMEX Airmiles Reserve card? It's supposed to guarantee that you can redeem 770 miles for each $100. Does that mean you can apply the total cash fare including taxes and fees by redeeming airmiles so there is no out-of-pocket expenses?
