When do PQPs for Economy Plus/Seat Upgrades Accrue?
My partner is 2(!) PQPs short. If he buys an E+ seat upgrade, will the PQPs accrue instantly and he'll get bumped up to the next status level, or does it not accrue until he actually takes the flight?
