You can put another bag on a two-wheel. A spinner generally can't do that. I also find spinners less stable when they hit bumps. They are easier to move, though.

If I were solo it would be pretty much a toss-up. Since I'm most likely with my wife and handling some of her stuff also two-wheels are the very clear winner.
