Many of the rooms at SGS (Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit) will have a view. Marriott FS (Thonglor) also has views.

Athenee has gotten some poor reviews lately, lots of negative comments about the lounge. A fabulous pool though and the rooms are pretty nice.
