Yes but it's going to expire anyway. There's no upgrade space available to anywhere I want to travel before they expire.
The real risk is that I end up in economy. If the outbound didn't clear I would probably just cancel. The return is tougher. I could book it in PE, which I'm willing to fly. I could also have a backup one way (probably an award on another airline) but I'm guessing that cancelling the return wouldn't give me much of a refund after flying the outbound.
