I'll also vote up ZRH. The food in the transit lounge is generally good, and often with the food station open. The main terminal is solid, but can veer towards prepared foods. The standout is, of course, the long viewing deck in the transit lounge.

I'd down vote GVA. It is really a long closet, with no windows or shower, and the same food issues as the main terminal lounge at ZRH. Transiting there is, however, a breeze.
