The cost was ~$40 roundtrip and Lyft prices were much higher than Uber. Upgraded to corner suite on 10th floor with a distant view of Manhattan. Front desk and club staff were excellent. Evening club offerings were very well done relative to other clubs, most of which are shamefully still closed. I paid ~$209 room rate which I booked when Hyatt had the PRIVATE promo sale. I could not see paying $300+ for this hotel however it is leaps and bounds better than most of the tired dumps around JFK (Hilton, Crowne Plaza, Radisson etc). I've stayed at TWA hotel several times but their pricing plus charging for late checkout has made it less attractive. I would definitely stay here again if I have a JFK layover.
