However, for the other ticket I haven't received the refund yet and it's now been over a month. I've been calling weekly, but they can't tell me anything except that it's pending.
I have the same issue. I cancelled three award tickets in late March. In my case I got all the taxes back but I have only received the Avios refund for one of the three.
