I think OP should call the Hyatt Regency in question to ask about their rudeness in not providing a discount to the automobile association of a foreign country.

Also, I can't get over that it was specified that this was a Hyatt Regency as if AAA discounts are a brand standard of Hyatt Regency, but not something like Hyatt Centric.
