I had an awful experience with service there. I only had 30 min there before I needed to head out to my next flight. After sitting down it seemed like they would come to you immediately as I was watching them do with other guests but it took them 15 minutes just to get to me, despite frequent attempts to wave them down. I think this is due to the fact that I was sitting in the very back corner next to the entrance where me and a few other guests who just arrived were neglected and clearly frustrated. 5 minutes before I had to leave I politely asked the waiter if he could quickly bring me another glass of champagne, as I had to catch my flight. This seemed like a normal and okay request as I watched the servers immediately bring drinks for other customers including alcoholic ones, and he seemed very happy to do so. However, I watched him walk around, take other people's orders, and serve other people's drinks, completely forgetting about mine. When time was up and I had to leave, I caught his glance and he seemed very embarrassed about forgetting my drink but it was too late and I left very dissatisfied. Lesson learned if you're in a rush and need food and drinks, pick a seat in the middle of the action, away from the windows and close to the food and bar. Also, holler them down and don't be afraid to be annoying and speak up or else you will never get what you need in time.
