Unless there is an airside bus, you will need to leave security and tax the inter-airport bus (or the Silver Line bus) a couple of stops. You can also walk through the parking garage or enter via Terminal C (sometimes useful if Pre isn’t open).

Pre was open Thursday evening. AF lounge was jammed, though they were not accepting priority pass.

I think that this is going to be permanent as there will be a Sky Club opening in Terminal E.
