Also have to hop on the bandwagon on complimenting the Whatsapp CS (ofc it's been around a while, but only recently got to using it myself).

Really appreciate the ability to start out the communication asynchronously, and the ease of use (no need to "authenticate" myself). I can just leave a request via whatsapp, and more often than not, the first reply is that this has been solved now. In general, speedy and efficient solutions plus no need to waste my time queueing, can just leave a message and carry on with the day.
