I recently found collecting physical airline membership cards very intriguing, but most airlines are shifting to digital cards. After some research, I found ANA issuing physical cards to even members without status. I just want to know if anybody knows any other airlines that do the same? Or are there any physical cards that are not too hard to get(i.e. airlines issue physical card to most basic elite status holder)?

I don't expect too many airlines to do this, but if anyone knows any other airlines that do this, that would be truly appreciated.
