OP here

I'm also on T-Mobile. I think the site was down for a while because I can get a OTP again and set up my account to be activated once I pass immigration. My guess is, the app will refresh at some point and blow out my saved info at which point I will have to get a OTP again.

I called the customer service number and there are no tokens at the airport.
