FWIW, in case anyone ever reads this and is looking for a solution: for my own Pathfinder, I was ultimately able to repair a wheel via drilling out the existing axle and replacing with a 70mmx24mm wheel and axle from Amazon. Was not easy nor perfect-- the Amazon replacement broke several times until I purchased enough washers to stabilize the axle, and both axle and wheel are clearly inferior to the original-- some sources suggested inline skate wheels as high quality, also FWIW.
My Kirkland signature wheel came apart on one side and locked it up from rolling when the rubber tire cracked. As I rolled it further in the following days, it freed up when the last remnants of the tire came off completely, allowing it to roll on the hard plastic hub. While it's useable, I was looking to see if it's replaceable, but it wasn't a bolt on affair. Surprising their wheels are not that durable, as it's been only used a few times, mostly sitting in storage most of the time.
