We stayed at PHV for 5 nights last August. We shared a lakeview 2 bedroom suite with our children (8 and 10).
We felt comfortable and very well taken care of during our stay.
The restaurants are slightly overpriced. The rooms, the view, the spa, the pool and the general level of service are really good imho. They know your preferences and know you by name from the moment you walk in untill you check out. (And I was able to wear a T-shirt, so no tox needed, not even in the Michelin restaurant)
If you are looking for a place to stay in that area, you can not really go wrong with PHV.
