They used to, and I had one I could never redeem properly even with calls into GS and supposedly having it go through: yet it never did, but they could always see the 375 balance. Thus my experience was not a good one. I have gift cards on DL AA and WN that all work fine. Granted I was spending company money and had it as a 'leftover from employee gifts I was giving out years ago I had not aimed to make a donation to UA lol. If they being it back I hope they make it simple. They were valid 5 years at least mine was.
