I stand by my assessment. Yes, breakfast was a warm croissant to start and then a choice of three out of five small plates, the total amount of food for me was substandard. No snack basket, was given a very small pouch of cocoa covered cashews shortly before landing. Regarding drinks, in my case the iced coffee was flowing (in more than one way 😄 ), not sure about alcohol, I’m a very light drinker and it was a morning flight.

I do think it’s worth doing one time. In my case it was only a few thousand miles more than a similar flight on AA. Given the choice, with minimal difference in miles required, I probably would not do it again. But I think it’s like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, some things you have to learn for yourself 😉.
