Checked out after a three night stay on Monday. All in all a fine stay. Obviously a limited service low/mid range type of hotel.
No globalist upgrade offered but was happy with the Deluxe View Room I had booked. Room was extremely small but well maintained and comfortable, Three banks of windows made the room feel more open and larger and the views were fantastic, Bed was extremely comfortable and absolutely outstanding water pressure and flow from the shower.
The glass shower cubicle was completely open to the room.
Was given a 100 SEK voucher for use in the hotel restaurants - except everything was closed during my stay so not sure what the point was.
Breakfast was extremely average (at best) and I skipped it for the remaining mornings of my stay. It was also necessary to book a specific time for breakfast each morning which was annoying. I was told it was due to COVID (does Sweden even believe in COVID?) a raised eyebrow got a more honest response that it was due to capacity controls which was understandable.
A fire alarm and non response meant the lifts were out of action for a while so after hiking up and down 10 flights of stairs three times I had met my exercise requirements for the rest of the year so didn’t ask about the bikes. An info sheet in the room did mention the 3 hour limit.
