Stayed at Rand Tower this past July. Hard product was fine. Scotch and Soda was temporarily closed pending a new liquor license. The Rand Tower Club was not yet open. It was a fine stay, but nothing very special. Last year I had wonderful stays at the Ivy and a very nice stay at the Elliot Park, where I received a marvelous upgrade to a wonderful suite.
