I did not see any place to upload my TK PLF much less the e-Visa.

It is normal that you don’t get BP and need to go to the airport for that. You still get your seats. They don’t give you BP because they need to check if your documents are fully compliant with deatination country’s requirements. No kiosk will give you BP either. You will need to wait in the line. It would be the same if you bought ticket directly from TK
