Yeah, the airside shuttle is your best option. As previously mentioned, you could leave security, walk to C, and then reclear- but that's a poor option, and you're certainly better off using the airside shuttle.

70 minutes is plenty of time to make that connection- you'll probably have time to stop in the C SkyClub for a drink or a bite to eat.
