So, even the PLATINUM cruise agents are sourced out of other countries now too? I remember booking a cruise through Amex Travel before the pandemic, and the reps I talked to including the supervisor were based out of the USA. Also, I somehow got in touch with a real Platinum Cruise specialist that explained the entire program and the difference between them and Amex Travel. She provided her direct number if I wanted to book a cruise with Platinum Services. So, I guess that's all over now😞
