I own several pieces of Patagonia black hole duffels. You'll like it. I plan on buying the 25L tote too. I've been waiting to see if it ever goes on sale. So far it hasn't. But the mini should be fine and I don't think you will have any topple issues. My Rimowa is very sturdy compared to my Briggs &Riley.
