Easiest way to do this is T and E class availability on some engine that can actually look at fare classes (IDK if KVS or ExpertFlyer do). Or look on a OW
partner's booking engine (which will show AS inventory available to
partners). BA, AA might do the trick. Here's CX:
It's not a particularly high priority for AS to show visibility into fare class buckets on their booking engine to make it easier to book on a partner like SQ that can't real time query using their web engine (believe me, they have
far more pressing problems/busted functionality).
