It is so frustrating, I am a frequent traveller and having GEP/TSA would have saved so much time. What's more infuriating is the lack of visibility in the process, or accountability from MoF. I've seen applications of friends getting approved who applied after me, even though it took upwards of 12 months.
Anyhow, I have raised a complaint on pgportal and a subsequent RTI application, hoping for some resolution.
