I will acknowledge that my refund request was complicated. Booked before Covid in USD USA-BKK-vv, converted to a credit under the covid voucher, then rebooked in THB as a BKK-USA-vv trip, then cancelled and a refund due (they would not allow me to keep a voucher). And it was two pax on separate PNR’s. I got three parts refunded, but the fourth, one of the original ex-USA tickets, is the one in the lurch. I’m flying QR this week and will visit the desk in Doha to see what they can tell me. Waiting hours on hold already has gotten old. If I can speak to someone and converse about what’s happened, I trust QR will do what they can.
