It is a glitch in MMB. You will see 0 TPs and Avios if there is another (non OW) airline in the booking. In my case it was UIA. You’ll receive the TPs/Avios you’re entitled to.
Thank you - every day is a school day. It also keeps asking me to add my BAEC number although it’s already very much in there 😊
