Does anyone have a good recommendation for a bar to get a beer in the evening? I'll be staying in the JW Marriott but keen to go out a bit on Saturday night.
The JW Marriott is great; I was just there two months ago. It's an ideal location.
If you want to indulge in a bit of Singapore history, walk across the street to the Raffles hotel and go to the Long Bar, where tigers used to lurk under the pool tables and where the famous Singapore Sling was first concocted.
