Just heard from BA that they cannot verify my COVID 19 travel documents because I haven't completed the travel requirements.
I am at a loss. I completed the forms on the website to confirm I was fully vaccinated and submitted the details asked for. I was not asked
to add any documents. The Cyprus Travel Pass is no longer required.
I telephoned their customer service who more or less said they couldn't help and told me to check in early at the airport on Thursday!
Any ideas please.
I have just re-checked what is required for entry to Cyprus. I have done everything correctly. I wonder if the BA system has caught up with yet the change
for entry to Cyprus that was valid from Yesterday the 18th April.
