Immigration was fine, the AC flight from GRU arrived at EZE at a time that meant our flight was basically the entire Customs lineup; if you're flying J or PE and you disembark ASAP and hustle down to Customs you should have little or no waiting time; we stopped to take an "Air Canada Nerds" selfie, and as a result arrived at Customs behind our entire flight, which made for a long wait.
I would think details on where to go out for dinner / sightseeing etc. is a topic best left to the Argentina forum; I will only go so far as to say that if Air Canada decides NOT to serve me steak, malbec and empanadas on the flight home, I won't be disappointed as I believe my travelling companions and I put a visible dent in Argentina's supply of those items this week.
