Just booked a round trip to the US in economy and I waitlisted for an upgrade on the return leg with award points, but just after remembered I had unused vouchers (4 short-haul) that I would rather have used. This wasn't an option during the upgrade request. Can this be changed via chat (provided I can ever get through to them) or do I can I cancel the upgrade request, convert 2 of the short haul vouchers into a one long haul, and then redo the upgrade request? I think converting the vouchers also needs a human to process so maybe I'm in for the dreaded wait anyway...ugh.

Either way, I guess it's no loss if I burn the points up, it's doubtful I'll be maintaining status anyway might as well use em up now.
