I am here now and for the time being I would give it a miss, unless you can get it for less than 100USD give or take.

Nothing has been updated or even improved. Owner is stingy and just wants more revenue. Nothing IHG can do. Half of the hotel is shut down still. 1 elevator working, 1 restaurant open, room service closes at 8PM (as does the restaurant). One menu.

Staff are wonderful with the exception of some front desk people who started explaining all the things I would not get. They also promote day passes for the pool (like most hotels, to be fair) which has an impact here because of the layout.

perfectly fine for what I paid, but Hyatt or Andaz look better if the same price as this one.

PS; if there’s a lounge, they’ve hidden it very well. 😂
