I'm currently in TPE and masks are pretty much required everywhere as they their omicron case numbers are exploding. I'm currently sitting mid way through their super strict arrival quarantine period.

I'm curious to see how UA will handle my TPE-SFO flight home on 4/30. Will it be governed by Taiwan's mask rules or the US's as it is a US bound flight? I suppose it could be an airspace thing, but obviously its not long after the wheels are up that we will be out of Taiwan's airspace.
