Oddly, after booking a ticket on miles for business class through United/partner to Swiss and logging into the Swiss website, I was only able to select a middle business class seat, not the single ones on the window (Airbus 330-300) unless I am willing to pay $164. That seems inconsistent with what I'd expect by getting a ticket in business class whereby any seat should be available. Route is ZUR-ORD for reference.

Obviously, I can fight this out 24 hours before the flight, but no guarantee such a seat is available. If I call Swiss directly, is this helpful? Flight is in mid-May and plenty of window seats available.
