Even though 28 days is a multiple of 7, so you are fairly expecting calendar days, when I was waiting for a refund and was around the 28 calendar day mark, I called, and they said, “Oh, we mean business days. Please be patient, keep waiting, it is in process.” Refunds posted a few days later.
But not all of them, only three out of four. QR claims all have been refunded fully, but I and American Express don’t see it that way. Tried calling many times, QR insists the refund has been paid. No, it hasn’t. Little else I can do short of suing.
