I am headed FNC-JFK with a LIS layover. My upgrade offer to executive class was accepted, but when I log in to my bookings area and check my fare conditions, it’s showing that I’m only titled to hand baggage.
Im confused - the TAP site shows my itinerary as FNC-JFK; I upgraded the LIS-JFK portion. Does my upgrade not include the FNC-LIS portion? I don’t care about the seat for the shorter flight to LIS but I am confused about whether I need to pay to check my bags on top of my upgrade. I thought executive class included two checked bags.
