Attempting to use my DL Plat companion cert. Book MCI-ATL-MSY in October and ticket shows Not Complimentary Upgrade Eligible. Are upgrades not allowed on Companion certs? Can't select C+ seats after booking as well. I am PM. Companion holds no status.
Edit - looks like upgrade eligible. Delta.dumb did not pull in the Skymiles number correctly, even though it was entered at booking.
