There are some insanely good people. I was calling GGL a couple of weeks ago, to do something the website cant/won't and after being on hold for 30 mins I was super-grumpy.
Speaking to a wonderful agent for 15 minutes changed it all and I was a very happy BA customer again.
Not going to fly with them in the foreseeable future though. A consistent streak of operational problems coupled with prices that are frequently double the competition.... Nope.
