Nonetheless, it could potentially be a good place for a very relaxing stay for you. Just my perspective.
I haven't been to Carmel Valley Ranch recently but unless things have changed, I'd view it more as upscale than luxury. Both the rooms and service didn't quite make the luxury level to me.
