It switches every few days between the $199 you saw, and the $40 I purchased. I checked it early in the day either yesterday or the day before and it was at $40 then. If your trip isn't very soon I suspect you'll be able to buy at the lower price. A big advantage to me is that you have the luxury of the 6 month delay for activation, then the 360 day clock begins. I bought it in January and have not activated it yet due to some travel plans in the first part of 2023.
