I was looking at a open jaw flight where if price the one-ways, the discount shows but the multi-flight advanced search does not do the discount. In this case, it is okay b/c I can buy the one-way flights and save money, but sometimes it doesn't work out like that in terms of pricing rules.
I came here to see if anyone has a solution to this. The only way I get the BfB results is by starting your searc on the main United webpage while logged in. Basically this means you can never use this for multi-city searches.
One great benefit of this program is that it allows for all people on your itinerary to get the discount. So a party of 4 getting 5% each is like one person out of the group of 4 getting 20% off. Hopefully someone will figure out how to do this with multicity searches.
