A bit of a contrast to our internal Southwest flight to Vegas yesterday, rock solid WiFi for the full 45 mins, free WhatsApp messaging, live TV, 2 free checked bags, 2 snacks offered, free soft drinks for £50.
I had the same experience LHR-SAN on the 2nd April. I gave up after 20 minutes.
