ROS is nice and ok for what it is. Yes it's dated but it can have its charm, the . The staff is absolutely amazing and the views are perfect and using the public chao phraya river boat, I always liked.
Unfortunately the lounge is closed now, for I think 2 years. not sure if "renovation" is just an excuse for covid, seriously, what could possibly take so long.
They have great sunset views from there and the food was always good and plenty.
The offer now is embarrassing and differs only slightly from day to day and even depends on which restaurant you use. It's sad.
The "club lounge suites" are nice with two big ceiling to floor river view windows.
