You can select the Refundable option in advance search or look for a refundable column in flight search

I have booked full refundable fares in S and then refunded them weeks later.

UA has always offered lower fare class refundable tickets but is pushing them more in the past year.

If it states "fully" refundable and is an H, then no problem

here is a T fare example

Yes, go to advance search and enter Y as the fare class and select refundable
it will be expensive

same example requested Y, refund able $1,329
Refundable F is much cheaper, in this case
