Pleasantly surprised at the Ulti service in MEX Airport:
- Escort from Check-in to lounge
- Ride from lounge to gate (appreciated since we boarded from gates 3x)
- Access to the reserved areas in the lounge after a discussion between my escort and the lounge staff. Not sure if it was standard procedure as there was a bit of a back and forth between the two of them.

All offered proactively. Ulti service at its finest!

Then, onboard (J MEX CDG), back to being a nobody. No greetings whatsoever, no mentions to any preferences, nada.
Even though I stayed up to work during most of the flight, I didn't even get offered a single glass of water or a cup of coffee during the few times FAs passed through the cabin. Got better onboard service in the past as an explorer traveling Y in KL cabins...
