IAH-EWR in a Polaris seat is NOT a Polaris experience, it's just a lie-flat seat (albeit a nice one) marketed as "F", NOT "Polaris" - no Polaris-level amenities or meals. You do get a domestic F meal. If you are not continuing on a int'l long-haul in Polaris out of EWR, you do not get Polaris Lounge access at IAH. You don't even get UC access, unless you have a UC membership or 1-time pass.

Edit: "Just domestic to EWR" became "just domestic to EWR and then int'l to LHR"
